HEAD INSTRUCTOR

Onaga Kaichō's most advanced student is his own daughter Michiko.  She started learning Karate from an early age, almost from the time she could walk.  To Onaga Sensei, his daughter Michiko is his best student ever.  Currently, she is a Renshi, 6th Dan; and Assistant Instructor at the Shinjinbukan Honbu Dōjō in Okinawa.

Many books and teachers mention the existence of an ancient Okinawan Martial Art called Ti.  However, can any of those teachers show us Ti? Can they show us how different is Ti from regular Karate?

For those who have seen Michiko Sensei train, the difference is evident immediately.  Her movements have an amazing speed and precision that shows Ti at its highest level, like the unique sound of her hand strike on the makiwara.  Even to the untrained ear, the obvious questions are:

What is this sound? How are those techniques and movement done? This is Ti!!
