Buy Now Passai — Onaga Michiko Sensei performs Passai Dai, one of the best known kata (form) in Okinawan Karate. In the Shinjinbukan School Passai Dai is referred only as Passai. Machiwara — Onaga Michiko Sensei demonstrates the Machiwara (striking board), which has been used for hundreds of years in Okinawa. This tradition has been preserved and further developed at the Shinjinbukan School. Sagi Machiwara — Onaga Yoshimitsu Kaichō demonstrates the basic use of sagi machiwara or sagi makiwara (a hanging makiwara). This tool originated hundreds of years ago from Okinawa Ti. Onaga Yoshimitsu Kaichō explains basic concepts developed by him at the Shinjinbukan School. Iri Kumi — Onaga Yoshimitsu Kaichō explains basic concepts of Iri Kumi. Hosted by Welshman C.W. Nicol and narrated in Japanese. NHK — Nippon Hōsō Kyōkai, also known as the Japan Broadcasting Corporation, presents cultural and high quality programming, similar to Channel 13 in the U.S. or BBC in the United Kingdom.
